Refund policy

At Burn&Ride, we are committed to your satisfaction with our motorcycle gear. Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery for items that are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags intact. To initiate a return, please email yigmak459@gmail.com with your order number, full name, and a brief explanation. Upon receipt and inspection, which may take up to 5 business days, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective upon arrival.

Defective or damaged products can be replaced or refunded at Burn&Ride’s discretion, provided proof of damage (e.g., photos) is submitted within 7 days of delivery. No refunds or exchanges will be offered on sale items, custom orders, or items damaged due to misuse. Restocking fees of 10% may apply for returns without original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions. Burn&Ride is not liable for any loss or damage during return shipping.
